Pilates workout. This fast paced class incorporates the essentials of Pilates training, including centering control, precision, flow and breath. This Pilates class helps build core control, strength and endurance as well as enhance the breath and coordination of movement. Props may be added to enhance various exercises. Familiarity with the Pilates repertoire is recommended. Drop ins welcome. $10.
