Fascial Stretch Therapy: One of the newest ways to stretch the entire body! It engages the whole myofascial system by targeting the muscles as well as their neighboring joints, ligaments, tendons, and bones.  Great for those who participate in sports, recreational activities and those healing injuries to address myofascial soft tissue imbalances.  It is done fully clothed and uses neoprene straps to help stabilize the body.  You will feel great and lengthened after this treatment!

Structural Integration:  Based on the pioneering work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf,  Structural Integration is a series of 12 sessions that sequentially and comprehensively work all the fascial lines in the body using deep, slow fascial and myofascial manipulation coupled with movement re-education.  Sessions last approximately 90 minutes.  For a more in depth discussion on Structural Integration, click the header at the left.
  • Not ready for a 12 series?  A 4 session series is also available to introduce you to the work and begin to address postural issues and movement patterns that may be causing you pain.
Structural Bodywork:  Using the principles of Structural Integration, structural bodywork focuses on a more localized treatment area, for example shoulder, neck or hip.  These sessions are a way to periodically revisit areas of the body that may have an old injury or strain pattern before they become a problem again.
Session time approximately 75 minutes.
Massage:  Using more traditional Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques this session helps to relax and unwind the tissues and the mind!  Depending on your needs, sessions may also include myofascial release, Active Isolated Stretching, neuromuscular techniques, and craniosacral therapy.  Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range of motion, flexibility.  It can help reduce many common ailments such as muscle tightness, aches and pains even anxiety and depression.
Sessions of 60, 75 and 90 minutes are available.

Pilates Training
Each client receives individualized, progressive programs using the principles of pilates training.   Sessions are tailored to meet your needs.  Clients will improve strength, posture, body awareness, flexibility and endurance.  Pilates is also ideal for those who are healing an injury or need special care for their back, shoulders, hips, knees etc.
NEW:  Core Align training is here for both private and duet sessions!
Working out with a friend is fun and can help you stick with your program.  Duet sessions using the reformers, tower, barrels and chairs are  available.
